Relate all the Shopify things
Connect products, collections, articles, pages, and blogs so shoppers and search engines follow the same paths. Every link is curated by you and printed right in the page.
Storefront
The right next page, on every page
Attach the care guide to the product, the products to the article, the collection to the gift guide. Each page shows links that belong with it, in the order you chose.
Curated, not guessed
No algorithm filling the space. You pick every link and drag them into order.
Every resource type
Products, collections, articles, blogs, and pages can all point to each other.
Fits your theme
Grid or list, columns, images, prices, and excerpts are all theme editor settings.
Search
Real anchors in the first response
The block renders plain HTML links with the resource title as the text, before any script runs. Search engines see the same paths shoppers do.
<section class="relatable"> <h2>Goes well with</h2> <a href="/blogs/journal/linen-care">How to care for linen</a> <a href="/collections/kitchen">Kitchen textiles</a> <a href="/products/waxed-canvas-tote">Waxed canvas tote</a> </section>
Server-rendered
Links are part of the page HTML, not injected after load.
Descriptive anchor text
Each link uses the resource title, so it says what it points to.
Changes with the page
Page-specific links carry more weight than the same footer links everywhere.
Analytics
Know which links made the money
See views, clicks, and the orders that followed, per link. Find the guides that sell and the pairings nobody clicks.
Consent-aware
The web pixel only runs when the shopper allows analytics.
Attributed revenue
Orders are tied back to the link and the page it was on.
No personal data
Sales reports link to the Shopify order and customer by id, never storing a name or email.
After purchase
Keep the path going past checkout
Point new customers to the care guide or the setup page on the thank-you page. Shopify Plus stores can add companion offers inside checkout.
Thank-you page guides
Show the content that helps them use what they just bought.
Checkout companions
On Shopify Plus, suggest the item that belongs with the cart.
Chosen per product
Set lists for the products that need them, with a store-wide default for everything else.

FAQ
Anything else?
What is a relatable?
A relatable is one source resource, like a product or an article, plus the resources you attach to it. Relatable stores it as a Shopify metaobject, so your theme reads the links straight from your store.
Do I need to edit theme code?
No. Add the Relatable block in the theme editor on any Online Store 2.0 theme. It reads the links for the page it is on and uses your theme's fonts and colors.
Does it help SEO?
Internal links help search engines discover pages and understand what they are about, but only when they are real anchors in the first HTML response. Relatable renders them that way. Rankings still depend on the page being worth ranking.
What happens if I uninstall?
Shopify deletes app-owned metaobjects on uninstall. Relatable keeps a copy for 15 days, so reinstalling within that window restores every link. After that, the copy and analytics are deleted.
What does the analytics pixel collect?
Views, clicks, and conversions, and only when the shopper allows analytics. Sales reports link to the Shopify order and customer by id. No names or emails are stored.
